A legal disclaimer
We or any contracting group under Budds Adjusting Services are not Public Adjuster. We do not work off a percentage of your claim. Budds Adjusting Services will never ask or demand a percentage of your claim loss amount. Any fee that is agreed upon between Budds Adjusting Services and their customers (clients) is strictly a flat fee based on services rendered.

Budds Adjusting Services is not liable for the outcome of your claim. This includes denials, lower than expected loss amounts, legal issues between you (the customer / client) and your carrier.

Budds Adjusting Services will not accept bribes or "kickbacks" from individuals, corporations or contracting groups. Any suggestion of bribes or "kickbacks" will result in the termination of the service contract.
Payments & invoicing
All agreements for service fees will be submitted to the client in written. Appraisal fees are required to be paid in full before final documentation is singed by Budds Adjusting Services. Once the payment is made in full, all documentation will be released. A 50% deposit of the agreed upon amount of inspection of residential or commercial properties is required to no later than 48 hours before the inspection date. The remaining 50% is due on-site after the inspection is completed. All on-site inspections are subject to a mileage fee based on the current IRS mileage rate. All payments are to be completed electronically. Budds Adjusting Services does not accept Cash, Checks or Money Orders.
